BÜSCHL Group – Visions need doers.

The BÜSCHL Group is divided into two equal divisions: in one of them we are responsible for construction law development and project management, as well as general planning. And in the other we take responsibility for project development and real estate projects through our own project and/or property development companies. This combination enables us to deliver the quality you have traditionally come to expect from BÜSCHL – in all project phases.

Our news

  • Building permit confirmed for Paketpost complex with high-rise towers: Case dismissed!
    The Bavarian Administrative Court in Munich has dismissed the case against the site of the Paketpost Quarter, which means that, in terms of planning permission, now nothing stands in the way of the new quarter in Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. The BÜSCHL Group welcomes this step and is grateful for the trust placed in the democratic and constitutional process. The project will bring 1,200 apartments and 3,000 jobs to the area – in the form of an architecturally impressive complex of buildings. We are positive that the planned development will make an important contribution to Munich, whilst taking the concerns of all citizens seriously. Further stages of the development will be carried out with the utmost sense of responsibility in close dialogue with the city and the public.
